Independence day.

Happy 4th of July!!! I thank God for the freedoms that we have in this country. Grant it, there are things that are not good in our country, but I firmly believe we are living in the best country in the world!!! Let's hope we can hold off the liberals for aother few years. But the freedoms are wonderful. We can go to church and worship with no thought that we may be harmed or killed for going. We can say what we want(for now)without penalty and hopefully it will stay that way and they will keep cutting down the "hate speech" bills. But I am thankfull for this country.

And I couldn't get away without saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY STACIE!!!" Enjoy your fireworks and I'm really sorry I can't be there for your birthday (the first of many I'm afraid.)

We got our purple car back. It's running better and will idle for the first time since we've had it. It's still not running smooth like it's suppose too but hopefully it will run for a while till we decide to sell it. however, we know that we have to turn the battery off so it doesn't get drained (after 4 batteries in 4 months, Josh put a switch on the battery so if we're not driving it we flip it off). I told the garage that but they didn't turn it off. We know this b/c Josh drove it to work last night and when it started to rain at 9, he went to roll the windows up and the battery was totally dead. And of course, since it was the 4th, everyone got off early at 8 (except Josh), so at midnight I went to jump Josh's car. It went for a while, but then it died 3 more times and I had to jump it everytime till we got it to a spot we could leave it for the night. And to make it better (besides the rain and soaked seats of the Cavalier) the 3rd time I jumped the car, the Grand Am's gas gauge went from 1/4 of a tank, to full and back down to empty. (after 1/4 of a tank the gauge doesn't work until it's on empty). But thankfully we made it to the gas station and then we finally got to bed at 1:30. And of course I had to get up this AM to do kennels at work but oh well. I'll get a nap this afternoon.

I think that's it for now, I'll talk to you all later. Happy 4th!!!

Sarah
