Happy belated Easter everybody!
Well, I learned more about Southern culture---buck dancing!! I didn't know that was an actual style of dance but apparently it is. You basically just kick you feet back and forth a lot. I wish I would have had a camara to record it and show you. The youngest was a 3 yr old boy and the oldest (who won) was 81 yrs old! Oh, by the way--the place we saw this at was the Rattlesnake Rodeo (no I'm not making this up!!) They actually have a contest for the person who can bring in the largest living rattlesnake (Yes, there are people that want to do that). But it was interesting--we watched the only rattlesnake race in the world. We also watched what I'm sure is one of the few "greased pole climb" in the country!! No one got up but it was interesting to watch. Josh's dad flew his helicopter all day giving rides to people. We would have stayed for the Tracy Lawrence concert at 8 PM but it was cold (for down here--yes every one up North can laugh) it was 50 degrees!! But it was chilly with the wind and sitting on cold bleachers.
And my back is getting better--Thursday I just stayed home and iced it and ran the electric stimulation thing. I didn't lift anything last week and this week I'm strting to lift smaller animals and my back feels good tonight so hopefully it will be getting better!
I think that's it for now--I gotta go home and go to bed!

Lol! These are the best parts of being Southern! Oh yes, buck dancing is a real dance and it can get pretty competitive! :) And, would you believe there's actually a whole lot more to it than kicking your feet? Most people have to take lessons. Crazy, isn't it? :)
Be careful with your back... don't overdo it too soon.
Love ya!
